Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL CLIENTS MUST GIVE AT LEAST A 24 HOUR NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE THEIR APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO AVOID A FEE. 50% OF THE SERVICE COST WILL BE CHARGED IF THE CLIENT NOTIFIES LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT. 100% OF THE SERVICE COST WILL BE CHARGED IF THE CLIENT NOTIFIES THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT LATE POLICY: WHEN A CLIENT IS MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, 100% OF THEIR SERVICE COST WILL BE CHARGED + WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE. IF A CLIENT NO-SHOWS AN APPOINTMENT, 100% OF THE SERVICE COST WILL BE CHARGED + WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE WITH ANY STYLIST UNTIL BALANCE IS PAID
